SAT/ACT Tutoring
The Bayou City Preps Foundation provides the tutoring needed for scholar-athletes to become eligible to receive an athletic scholarship. We also have a more rigorous tutoring curriculum to help our scholar-athletes achieve the scores needed to get into Tier 1 institutions and obtain academic scholarships as well.

Credit Recovery
Through our partnership with Knowledge First Academy, a NCAA approved institution, we can help our students regain credits for classes they may have failed so that they can achieve the required GPA needed to qualify for a scholarship.

20 Years ago the founder of the Bayou City Preps Foundation, Patrick Truesdale, started out just wanting to help high school football achieve their dream of playing college football. After a few years of being involved in the process he realized that their were more services that parents and athletes needed to achieve that dream. To better serve the needs of the community he began to develop Bayou City Preps into more than just a scouting service. He wanted to help guide and develop athletes beyond the playing field and focus on their lives after sports. Through his efforts and belief the Bayou City Preps Foundation has become the organization he envisioned.

Academic Advisement
We help parents and scholar-athletes understand what's required to become academically eligible to receive an athletic scholarship. We help them understand the difference between their core and overall GPA's and calculate their core GPA's if needed. If the core GPA is not where it needs to be, together we develop a plan to ensure we reach the maximum GPA attainable.

Athletic Skills Training
With competition for an athletic scholarship at an all time high, the need for athletic training has grown exponentially. Being prepared to perform at a high level at various football camps, 7v7 competitions, and during the season is a must. The BCP Foundation knows the best trainers you need to be trained by to reach your maximum potential on the playing field.

Recruiting Advisement
Recruiting is about relationships. Bayou City Preps has 20 years of relationships with coaches all over the country from the NAIA level all the way up to the Power 5 conferences. We make an honest evaluation of your talent level and develop a plan to target the schools that will want to have you on their roster. We recommend what camps you should attend and make sure you have college coaches at those camps making time for you. Our goal is to make the process as efficient and effective as possible.
